napp-it cs can manage a ZFS server on OSX remotely


Smartmontools can be installed additionally (OSX installer)

Setup
download newest "cs_server" and copy to /var/web-gui (or desktop)
www.napp-it.org/doc/downloads/cs server.zip   (WinSCP)

Add a string to ./cs_server/server.auth, use the same when you add OSX as  member in the web-GUI
Server auth (like all keys in napp-it cs) must be hex values 0-9a-f as they can be generated safely from an easy to remember short pw.
Start cd_serve (Terminal)r:
sudo perl /path_toi/cs_server/start_server_as_admin.pl

Web-gui management

You can now manage your OSX ZFS server remotely from any browser.
(Start frontend client with Apache webserer on Windows)
