Distribution/ preconfigured storage systems

If you want to sell or deliver napp-it alone or as part of a bundle like a server appliance or if you want to configure a system on customers demand or if you want to include an USB stick with a preconfigured "napp-it to go", you need our agreement and a bundling/PRO license for every bunding. The license is 100 Euro per server and lowers with larger online-orders. You get a hostname-independent pro-key that enables updates to nightly bugfix versions for the first year (valid 13 Months from purchase date)  and improves performance.

Features of napp-it 0.9+ bundlings

- you can set a different logo, appname, app-os or modify the css (update independant) see menu my menus - localisation
- all GUI relevant functions are in one library. You can use a private copy of this library to create your own layout,
   Look and Feel, use other Javascript libraries, CSS or Icons without breaking update possibility with regular napp-it updates.
   The update-menu can refer to your homepage for newer versions to allow updates only to tested versions.
- you can override menu actios or add private menus

- extensions or extend extension usage at a 30% reduced price, own customer handling possible, you can charge additionally for service
- We will list your name on this page

- opt. additional payed banner-ads if you like, napp-it.org has about 15000 visitors per month more..

Use of sources for your own software developments:

A nonexclusive sublicencing of the napp-it sources including use of updates based on a monthly payment on a per sold appliance or delivered bundle base with a monthly minimum of 1000 Euro without tax is possible. You are allowed to restrict use of the modified scripts. You are allowed to distribute the modified scripts only under your brand name when napp-it copywrites are maintained in all derived sources and the obligation of license payment is maintained.

This can include the use of extensions with an additional charge of 30%


Prices

Due to the "german small enterprise rule according to § 19 UStG" prices are are end-prices. We currently do not request or declare sales tax (german Mehrwertsteuer). We send you an invoice after payment.
