kornelia.alka@napp-it.orgChange in European Union VAT rules per January 1st 2015 Based on current VAT rules, we must add the VAT in the EU country of establishment of customers. We have to request different VAT rates applicable in each of the EU countries where private customers are located. This means for example that we will need to request 21% Dutch VAT from a Dutch private/edu customers, 25% Swedish VAT from a Swedish private/edu customers and so on. Commercial EU customers with EU VAT numbers or customers outside the EU are not affected by this EU rule. We do not charge VAT to these customers. Mehrwertsteuer Regelung ab dem 1.1.2015: Wir stellen allen deutschen Kunden die Mehrwertsteuer in Rechnung. Kunden aus der EU ohne eine EU Mwst-ID berechnen wir die jeweilige nationale Mwst. Für Kunden ausserhalb der EU oder mit einer EU Mwst-ID ändert sich nichts. Für diese Kunden berechnen wir keine Mehrwertsteuer
